3டி பிரிண்டிங் (3D Printing)

 

  • மூன்று ­ப­ரி­மாணங்களில் அச்­சிடும் இயந்­தி­ரங்கள் மூலம் காலணி முதல் கார் வரை தயாரிக்கலாம். இந்த புதிய தொழில்நுட்பம்தான் நமது எதிர்கால உலகை மாற்றி அமைக்கப் போகிறது. 3D முறையில் அச்­சிடும் இயந்­தி­ரத்தை “3டி பிரிண்டர்” (3D Printer) என்று கூறுகின்றனர்.
  • இதில் 3டி முறையில் அச்சிடப்பட வேண்டிய பொருளின் முப்பரிமாண வடிவத்தை (3D Shape), கம்ப்யூட்டரில் CAD (Computer Aided Design) என்ற மென்பொருள் உதவுயுடன் வடிவமைக்கின்றனர். கம்ப்யூட்டரில் வரையப்பட்ட இந்த 3D மாடலிங் வடிவத்தை “டிஜிட்டல் கோப்பு” (Digital File) என்கிறார்கள்.
  • அடுத்து இந்த “டிஜிட்டல் கோப்பு” முப்பரிமாணத்தில் அச்­சிடும் இயந்­தி­ரத்திற்குள் அனுப்பப்படுகிறது. அந்த இயந்­தி­ரம், டிஜிட்டல் கோப்பில் உள்ள 3D மாடலிங் வடிவத்தை நிஜமான பொருளாக உருவாக்குகிறது.
  • பிளாஸ்டிக், கண்ணாடி, உலோகம், பாலிமர், மனித திசுக்கள், மெழுகு, சாக்லேட், கேக், மணல் மற்றும் பசை கலந்த கலவை ஆகியவற்றில் ஏதாவது ஒன்று மைக்குப் பதிலாக எழுதுபொருளாக 3டி பிரிண்டரில் பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.
