1.மாநில மற்றும் மத்திய சமூக நல வாரியங்களின் திட்டங்களையும் மாநில அரசின் திட்டங்களையும் நன்முறையில் செயல்படுத்துவதை கண்காணித்தல். தமிழ்நாடு சமூக நல வாரியம் ஒரு அலுவல் சாரா தலைவரையும், மத்திய சமூக நல வாரியத்தால் நியமிக்கப்பட்ட 15 அலுவல் சாரா உறுப்பினர்கள் மற்றும் தமிழக அரசால் நியமிக்கப்பட்ட 15 அலுவல் சாரா உறுப்பினர்களையும், ஆக மொத்தம் 30 உறுப்பினர்களைக் கொண்டுள்ளது. பெண்களுக்கு அதிகாரமளித்தலில் தன்னார்வத் தொண்டு நிறுவனங்களைப் பலப்படுத்தவும், அவற்றிற்கு உதவி செய்யும் பொருட்டு, கல்வி மற்றும் பயிற்சி, அதிகாரம் அளித்தல், கூட்டு முயற்சி, விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்துதல் மற்றும் வாழ்வாதாரத்திற்கு வருவாய் பெருக்குதல் போன்ற நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு தமிழ்நாடு சமூக நல வாரியம் ஊக்கப்படுத்தி உதவி செய்கிறது.[the_ad id=”2159″]
2.மகளிர் மற்றும் குழந்தைகள் வளர்ச்சிக்கான அரசு சாரா நிறுவனங்களின் தன்னார்வ முயற்சிகளை ஊக்குவித்து மேம்படுத்துதல்.
3.தன்னார்வ தொண்டு நிறுவனங்களுக்கு தொழில்நுட்ப வசதியும் மற்றும் நிதியுதவியும் அளித்து அவற்றின் சேவையின் தரத்தையும் மதிப்பையும் உயர்த்துதல்.[the_ad id=”5123″]

1.The Department of Social Welfare is also implementing various Social Legislations for Women like Child Marriage Prohibition Act-2006 and Dowry Prohibition Act,1961, Domestic Violence Act,2005, Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen’s Act,2007, Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place Act,2013. The Department is taking several measures to create awareness among women and others in the society on these Acts in order to ensure that women actually benefit from these provisions available for them.[the_ad id=”2159″]
2.The Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme Department had always ensured the welfare of the poor, the downtrodden, Women, Children, Senior Citizens and third genders. Their health, nutrition, education, protection and development have been improved through various Social Welfare Schemes. 3.The department has initiated, a comprehensive strategy aimed towards the protection and welfare of girl children and women through schemes like The Chief Ministers Girl Child Protection Scheme, The Cradle Baby Scheme, Child Adoption, Marriage Assistance Scheme Free Supply of Sweing Machines and Government Service Homes and Working Women Hostels to benefit the girl children and women at large.[the_ad id=”2159″]
4.Special focus has been given to issues relating to senior citizens and third genders by implementing schemes like Old Age Homes, Day Care Center and Integrated Complexes for the Senior Citizens and wide range of services for the inclusion and livelihood promotion of the third genders.[the_ad id=”5123″]

2. மதிப்பெண்களின் அடிப்படையில் மாணவர்கள் பதில்களை குறைத்தோ கூட்டியோ எழுதலாம்.
3. கொடுக்கப்படும் மாதிரி வடிவம் ஒவ்வொரு கேள்விகளிலும் அதிக மதிப்பெண் பெரும் வண்ணம் வடிவமைக்கப்படுகிறது.
4. மதிப்பெண் பெறுவது மாணவர்களின் பயிற்சியையும் திருப்ப திருப்ப ஞாபக படுத்தும் தன்மையை பொறுத்து அமையும்.
5. மாணவர்கள் இந்த பயிற்சிக்கென தனி NOTE வைத்துக்கொண்டு குறிப்புகளை மட்டும் எழுதி வைத்து பயிற்சியில் ஈடுபட்டால் திறன்மிகுந்த பயிற்சியாக இருக்கும்.
6. மேலும் இதை தொடர்ச்சியாக செய்பவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே இந்த பலனை பெறமுடியும்.
